Open Google Play in a browser, search for your app, and copy the URL from the address bar. It looks like play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.example.app.

You can also find the package name in the Google Play Console under your app listing.

iPhones can scan the QR code and open the Play Store URL in a browser, but Safari will show a Google Play web page rather than opening the iOS App Store.

If your app is on the App Store too, generate a separate QR code with the Apple App Store type, or link to a smart redirect page on your own domain that detects the user's device.

Not with a single store URL. The recommended approach is to host a short landing page on your domain that reads the User-Agent header and redirects to the appropriate store. Point your QR code at that URL instead.

Google Play shows a "This item is not available in your country" error when someone in a restricted region opens the link. This is a Play Store restriction you control in the Google Play Console under "Countries / regions".
