The service
QRKong is a browser-based QR code generator provided free of charge at qrkong.com. No account is required. QR codes are generated locally in your browser — we do not store or process the content you encode.
Acceptable use
You may use QRKong for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to generate QR codes that:
- Link to or encode illegal content
- Facilitate fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices
- Violate the rights of any third party
We reserve the right to block access to the service for any use we reasonably consider harmful, without notice.
Intellectual property
The QRKong name, logo, and site design are our property. The QR codes you generate are yours — we make no claim over them.
No warranty
QRKong is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at any particular time, that QR codes will scan correctly on all devices, or that the service will be free of errors.
You are responsible for testing QR codes before printing or publishing them, especially for critical use cases.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRKong and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from QR codes generated with it.
Changes and availability
We may update, limit, or discontinue QRKong at any time without notice. We may update these terms at any time — the date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
